REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all events hosted through the Bethel AG Church International Worship Centre (“BAGCIWC”) events website, events.bethelag.in. Please read this policy carefully before registering or donating for any event.

1. Event Registration
All registrations for events on events.bethelag.in are considered final once donations are made.
By registering for an event, you agree to the terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

2. Cancellation by the Attendee Non-Refundable: All donations made through events.bethelag.in are non-refundable. Please ensure you can attend the event before making the donation.

Transferability: If you are unable to attend the event, your registration may be transferable to another person. You must notify us in writing at least 48 hours before the event to transfer your registration to another attendee. Contact info@bethelag.in to request a registration transfer.

3. Event Cancellation or Postponement by BAGCIWC
Event Cancellation:
If an event is cancelled by BAGCIWC due to unforeseen circumstances, registered delegates will be offered the choice of full refund of their donations. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the event’s cancellation announcement.

Event Postponement: If an event is postponed, your registrations will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the postponement notice. After this period, the registrations will no longer be eligible for a refund.

4. No Show Policy
If you do not attend the event without notifying us in advance, no refund will be issued.
