This Delivery and Shipping Policy applies to all event related donations made through events.bethelag.in (referred to as the “Site”). The events and services provided are offered by Bethel AG Church International Worship Centre (“BAGCIWC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) in lieu of donations made on this portal. Please review this policy carefully before making a donation towards the event. By registering through the Site, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Digital Receipt Delivery
All event registration through the Site are electronic. Upon successful completion of your registration, you will receive your receipt(s) via email. No physical receipt will be shipped.
Receipt Delivery Method: Once the donation is processed, your receipt(s) will be delivered to the email address provided during registration.
Processing Time: Receipts will be emailed immediately after purchase. If you do not receive your receipt(s) within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact our support team for assistance.
Receipt Format: Receipts are sent as PDF attachments or contain QR codes or barcodes that can be scanned at the event entrance.
3. Event Admission
Your admission to event is confirmed in lieu of the donation made. Please present your digital receipt of the donation at the event venue for entry. You may print the receipt or show the electronic version (e.g., on your mobile device). Each receipt contains unique identification codes that will be scanned upon entry.
Multiple Entries: Once scanned, the receipt is valid for one entry only, unless otherwise specified for the event.
Transfer of Registrations: Registrations may be transferable only as per the event’s specific terms and conditions. Please contact us in advance for registration transfer requests.
4. Non-Receipt of Acknowledgement Receipt
If you do not receive your receipt(s) via email after your donation is completed, please contact our customer support team immediately at info@bethelag.in with your registration details. We will assist you in retrieving your receipt(s).
5. Event Cancellations or Postponements
In the case of event cancellations, postponements, or rescheduling, receipt holders will be notified via the email provided at the time of registration.
6. Changes to Delivery and Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Delivery and Shipping Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified policy.
